To carry out the Auxiliary program, DCPs and FCs may appoint flotilla and division staff officers. The DCO may appoint district staff officers. A staff officer at the Flotilla level is abbreviated FSO; at the Division level, SO; and at the District level, DSO. Thus, the SO-CS is the Division Communications Services officer. Below is a list of the elected Officers (Flotilla Commander and Vice Commander) and appointed Officers for Flotilla 3-10.
